Day 25:

For they could not endure what was commanded: “And if so much as a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or shot with an arrow.”And so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I am exceedingly afraid and trembling.”

About Rachel

"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword"; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 1:18-20

  1. I’m really having a hard time keeping up with my verses, my memory just seems to be getting blurry…but I will keep trying. I think when we are through…I will have to continue working with these verses I’ve learned and really get them down pat. How are you doing? You are a lot younger than me, it’s probably easier for you. : )

    1. It is difficult to keep all the verses memorized! Some verses more than others. :) The first 2 weeks were a little easier than this last week! I have been extremely busy and it seems to be a little harder to retain my verses. I am planning on spending the first week of August going over all I have memorized this July. I really want to keep them memorized so spending a little extra time on the verses will be helpful!

  2. “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:14-16
