Just can’t sleep | Randomness
Just can’t get to sleep. Not quite used to this and no matter how hard I try I can’t keep my eyes shut. I am usually the type who is out before my head reaches the pillow. I used to be the type who could drink half a pot of coffee and go right to sleep without any sleepless side-affects! But 6ish months ago I stopped drinking my daily 6 cups of joe…. So, tonight I had a cup and I feel like I could run a marathon! :) Great feeling but not at 2am….
Anywho, I ran across this verse yesterday and was so encouraged by it I just had to share with you all!
“You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.”
James 5:8
Beautiful isn’t it?!! The Lord’s coming is very near and I am extremely excited but until He returns(or I go, whichever comes first) I must be patient(not always the easiest thing) and stand firm. And it is my desire and prayer that I finish this race serving God acceptably with reverence and godly fear(Hebrews 12:28-29)! How about you? =)
Be encouraged because God is good!

Fun with Sisters | Randomness
Any one else having a hard time believing it isn’t Summer yet? Can’t believe it is still spring! Enjoyed a trip to town with my sisters today! It was a nice break from our regular daily work routine and the smoothies were just perfect for the hot weather. =)

Busy busy busy here! Work + home+ randomness have kept me moving non-stop. Glad to be busy and have something to put my hands to! :) Below is a short little video I made for GraciousMay & Snugars. thought I would share with you all. A little bit of a peak of what goes on behind the scenes! Finally starting to get the hang of my new video editor(thanking the Lord for that)!! :) Still have quite a bit to learn and like any other project, I have already found 1,001 things I would like to change/fix on this video. But, Lord willing, I will continue to learn!

Gone Fishin’ | Mother’s Day Recap
Yesterday my mom decided she wanted to take a fishing trip. so after packing a picnic lunch we were off! Although I am not much of a fisher, I had tons of fun watching the kids fish and enjoyed the perfect weather. We were blessed with blue skies and sunshine! Now I have quite a few fresh fish to fry for dinner! :)

Last Night’s Moon, New Camera Gear, and Cupcakes | Really Random Post
Hope y’all had an extremely blessed Weekend. :) Mine was wonderful… a bit hot here in the midwest but enjoyable!
Did any of you see last night’s Saturday’s moon? Not technically last night anymore. Seems as if everyone was waiting for Saturday night to come. It promised a “Supermoon”, the biggest moon of the year. I waited and waited and finally Saturday evening came and the moon, although gorgeous, wasn’t “Super”. But it did light up our field and I enjoyed a moonlit walk with my rowdy brothers and a couple sisters! I decided to wait up until 2am to see if the moon would decide to be any more super but it didn’t(picture from 2am posted bellow. Cloudy + I left my tripod at our shop so I didn’t get the exact shots I wanted). Then I thought, “I will set my alarm and wake up right before sunrise starts to see if it is any more grand!” At 5am the moon still was tiny compared to a few nights I have seen as of late but it was still beautiful! Quite amazed at the Lord’s creation and the beauty that He has placed all around me. Always has me in awe over the extreme awesomeness of God! Hoping for another “supermoon” soon! :)
Camera Equipment: !!!! Have you ever bought from PhotoJojo?? If you haven’t you should. They make your purchase EXTREMELY fun! Anyway, I had been looking into a stabilizer for video recording on my camera. Buuuttttttt…. most of the stabilizers cost $300+ :( So, you can imagine my extreme excitement when I ran across the cam caddie on photojojo!! Although really simple, it works so well for the shooting I do and I only paid $39.00. :) I am super happy with the cam caddie! :) Highly recommend it for small video projects! Video on dslr can be extremely shaky without a stabilizer or very steady hand. 
Aaaannnnd now I am sitting here trying to decide on a good logo/header for this blog…. Don’t exactly have any inspiration but if y’all have any suggestions let me know! Or if you just want to make me one send it over via email!!! ;)
