Flower Picking
The Little Girl In Piggy Tales Part 2 ;)
But when those raindrops stop falling and the sun shines bright, the little girl {who was once in piggy tales} in pajamas and bare feet, quietly tiptoes outside to uproot a lovely bouquet of wildflowers{her favorite} from the cool, muddy ground! A very helpful tip from the little girl in pajamas: don’t eat the wildflowers! They smell much better than they taste. ;) Flower picking in pajamas… toes muddy, hands full of wildflowers, and a little girl who is ever so happy! (: May your day be sunny, feet muddy, and your flowers… wild! :)
“Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the woods will rejoice before the Lord. For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with His truth.”
Psalm 96:12-13

Her Favorite Rainy Day Activity…
When the weather is too damp and the ground too muddy to be outside picking wildflowers or playing with her dog, this little lady prefers a box of crayons and a few dozen pieces of paper! :)
Happy Monday to you all from the little girl with the piggy tales… and me! (:
“Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.”
Matthew 18:2-5
When we’ve been there ten thousand years | Amazing Grace
“Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what He hath done for my soul.”
Psalm 66:16
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me….
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.
When we’ve been here ten thousand years…
bright shining as the sun.
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise…
then when we’ve first begun.
“…one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.”
Matthew 9:25

Finished | Blessed be the name of the LORD

Wow! I had a hard time figuring out a title for this post. :) 2 months & 19 days, countless hours of work done by a few sisters and a web-designer, prayers from many, and we now have a BRAND NEW web-design for our businesses! :) From the pictures you can tell we are all a bit sleep-deprived{a few of us have been pulling “all-nighters” lately} but SUPER excited… actually super excited is putting it mildly!! :D The design is more than we had hoped for and we are excited to see what the Lord does with it. Such a blessing and answer to prayer. New site designs that are both cute and functional has been something we have been praying about for some time and we are all thanking the Lord for His provision…. Jehovah Jireh {The Lord will provide!} :) A huge THANK YOU to everyone who put time and energy into this project!

For I know my Redeemer lives | Resurrection Day
“For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth”
Job 19:25
“I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:And whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
John 11:25-26
“Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.For he that is dead is freed from sin.”

Matthew 18:5
Emmi & Dash {her very patient dog} Wishing you a happy Friday via a video! ♥
I had planned on taking a long break from blogging but whenever I decide to do that I find I have something I want to blog. ;) So, this post is a simple reminder that children are a blessing{Psalm 127}. (:

Sharper than any two-edged sword | The Bible
A cup of hot tea sweetened with raw honey to sooth an unkind cold {yes, in a snowflake mug. As the northerners get to enjoy a bit of spring snow, I enjoy my snowflakes parading themselves across a mug…. I’m a Texan. :)} and the Word of God. The only Book that is “living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” The only Book that promises “it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” They only book that “is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”. It is a lamp unto our feet & light unto our path…. Don’t neglect it!
“Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to Thy Word.”
Psalm 119:9
{By Faith} | My Week {From the Phone}
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him….
And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:
Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.
Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection…
Hebrews 11
Faith: Complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
By faith…. :) I love Hebrews 11!! We have come to the end of yet another week and I am thankful for all that the Lord has done. Nothing grand, extraordinarily exciting, or different in the world definition of exciting/grand/different to report. No big prayers answered. Just a ton of work, a cold, and randomness but yet, every day is blessed by the Lord…. Each and every day! And after reading and rereading Hebrews 11 this afternoon as it reveals the witnesses of God’s great provision and grace, I am excited for to see what this next week holds as I walk by faith! “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses” echos through my mind. :) He has redeemed my soul in peace{Psalm 55:18} and clothed me in His righteousness… I delight greatly in the LORD{Isaiah 61:10}!!(: … And I noticed it has been a while since I did a random post of happenings from my iphone! So, as I sit here and multi-task{figuring out how to use this nifty tool in photosop and preparing tracts for print while listening to my favorite hymns playing in the background… would that be triple-tasking?? ;) }, here is my random week from the iphone! Hoping y’all have a blessed day!! (:

{SAVED?}
I Will Praise Him…
“The Lord is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare Him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt Him.”
Exodus 15:2
When I saw the cleansing fountain
Open wide for all my sin,
I obeyed the Spirit’s wooing,
When He said, “Wilt thou be clean?”
I will praise Him! I will praise Him!
Praise the Lamb for sinners slain;
Give Him glory, all ye people,
For His blood can wash away each stain.
{Saved?}
The whole earth is full of His glory…
“And one cried unto another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of His glory.”
Isaiah 6:3
Take time to smell the roses…
Take time to smell the roses wildflowers… :)
“Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?”
Luke 12:27-28
“Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon him while He is near”

“Seek Him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name”
Amos 5:8
Spring is here in Texas{A few days early} and I believe the weather wants to skip right past Spring and go straight to Summer!! :) Which means instead of bundles of fall leaves, I am now showered with freshly picked bouquets of wildflowers in an array of gorgeous colors from the little people! Instead of turning on the heaters at night, we are enjoying windows open with a cool breeze filling the house. Once the warm Spring sun sets, the Texas skies are crystal clear with a billion little stars twinkling. Add the mild evening temperature to that and it makes it practically impossible to resist an evening walk while looking up at the star-filled sky! :) The heavens truly declare the glory of God! The Lord’s awesome power and beauty is everywhere & in every season…. all we have to do is look around to view it! So, next time your outside look up at the sky and remember, “the clouds are the dust of His feet” & “By His spirit He hath garnished the heavens!”
So, here is a bit of Springy weekend randomness from Texas! :)

Garlands of Grace Spring 2013
“O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.”
Psalm 34:3
Psalm 34:3 has been one of my favorite verse this year. Magnify the Lord with me! (: We have just launched Garlands of Grace Spring 2013 tonight. :) Yes, once again, it is only by God’s grace and His strength alone that it is finished! Along with a bundle of other sticky situations, it decided to rain the 2 days we had scheduled to photograph with extraordinarily thick mist… and it never rains in Texas. I wasn’t sure the photos would work out in the rainy misty weather and I was pretty sure if they did, I would end up ruining my camera with the moisture. But 2 days later, my shoes caked with mud, my camera still working, and a grateful heart, we had the new line photographed! And yes, the rain and mist worked in our favor, all by the grace of God. I’m praising Him today for the new line and will leave y’all with 1 picture…. Yes, just one. :) The rest can be viewed on Garlands of Grace!
