Y’all! Here we are knee-deep into summer and I’ve yet to do a Summer Themed Random Question Wednesday! 🙊😱 My favorite season is here.🌞🙌🏻 A verse I’ve had on my mind these past few days is quite fitting for the season as it says, “And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.” Isaiah 58:11! Like a well-watered garden. Mm! I don’t know about y’all, but I want to be like a well-watered garden and a endless spring of water refreshing weary souls in the midst of a drought. I love the picture painted in John 7:38, “Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”As I think on these verses I am reminded of the Source of that living water, “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”Isaiah 12:2-3! God is our Salvation and offers LIVING WATER to all those who call upon Him[John 4:10-14]! Well, Texas Heat has kicked in, the Crepe myrtles are beautifully bloomed to perfection, and the evening sunsets are absolutely exquisite!!😍🧡 How I do love these summer months AND today… I find myself with a bundle of fun Summer Themed Prints I’ve been collecting from here and there + a few fun random questions for your day! Yep! I know it’s a Thursday but hey…😉 Let’s call it a Wednesday-Thursday and have fun with random questions and a few random pictures from my Spring days! Sound okay to you?? Good! 😆This evening I was reading through Proverbs and so encouraged by the verses I read in Chapter 3. “HAPPY is the man who finds wisdom… Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.” (Vs 13,17)What a promise! Pleasantness & Peace. ☺️ Praise the Lord! I am thankful for the promise found in James 1:5 that “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally”. The Lord gives wisdom GENEROUSLY to those who ask for it and in the way of wisdom is pleasantness and peace! 💝The Spring months have been graciously full for me. Mostly with office work and product photography with a good dose of Spring100 mixed in! 😄💯 Beautiful Spring sunsets have filled my heart with happiness, new lambs bring cuteness to the farmyard, freshly picked and gifted miniature bouquets of wildflowers add a splash of color to my desk, and farm-fresh eggs ready to be washed and stored are a lovely sight. Sweet coffee trips with sisters and snail mail have added such memorable touches to this season and God’s amazing grace has filled my every single day! God is so good and I am truly blessed. 🤗 Phew, if I talk much longer, this will turn into a Random Question Wednesday-Friday!! 😅 How about we get to those random questions, shall we?? Peace…. That has been my “word” this Christmas Season!✨❄️♥️ “to give light to them that sit in darkness…. to guide our feet into the way of peace.” How amazing is this?! Jesus Christ, the Light of the World, is our peace! “For He is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us” Eph 2:14! I am reminded of the night of our Savior’s birth when the multitude of the heavenly host praised God saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth PEACE, good will toward men.” Luke 2:11! Jesus Christ is the Prince of peace and offers perfect peace in a world filled with chaos and confusion. I have so loved John 14:27 this year as Jesus says, “PEACE I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” And tonight…. My prayer for each of you is “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans 15:13. May your Christmas week be filled with perfect peace as you set your mind on the Prince of Peace!

Here we are at the Eve of Christmas Eve 😉 and I am pretty excited! It is true… I tend to revert back to a child-like state of eager anticipation and excitement as I don a Festive Christmas Sweater 24/7 as the days get closer to Christmas!! This past week my mom and little sisters did a lovely job lightly decorating the house for Christmas day, our Family Christmas Cards shipped off(well, 99.9% have shipped… a few are still getting addressed and stamped), and a few gallons of Hot Cocoa have been consumed.🤣🙊 I have a large number of random December photos uploaded that I hope to share soon BUT first things first… today is Wednesday which means Random Questions are here!! Well now! I am glad to find myself at another Random Question Wednesday.😍 Isn’t it amazing to make it through a week and then looking back see the abundant goodness and leading of our Lord and Savior?! I am so thankful for the truth found in Isaiah 48: 17 as it says, “I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.” He teaches us to “profit”(or as one translation says, “who teaches you what is good”) and leads us in the way we should go! Aren’t you glad for the leading and directing of the Sovereign and gracious Lord? I sure am!!🧡 Reminds me of a verse a friend shared with me this week, “For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.” Is 41:13. 😊 Because of this truth, we can confidently face the days ahead with joy and gladness of heart, fully trusting the Lord with the path He has each one of us on.“He knoweth the way that I take”(Job 23:10)!!🙏🏼 Praise the Lord, HE is faithFUL! 😃 And now I get to have a little midnight fun with Random Questions! Well y’all…. I missed last week’s Random Question Wednesday tremendously! With a few big happenings taking place, I had to prioritize and it had to be postponed. 😭 But have no fear🙌🏻, Wednesday is here(glances at the clock and notices it’s officially past midnight… err Ok, we will call it a Wednesday-Thursday😉) and so is this week’s Random Question Wednesday post!!👏🏻🎉 But first, I wanted to leave y’all with a verse that has been encouraging my heart this week. It was sent to me by 2 sweet friends on the same day and how I was blessed by it. The verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Aren’t you thankful that because of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross, we have an expected end? And for the thoughts of peace The Lord God has toward us? For those of us who have(by the grace of God) repented of our sins and surrendered our lives to Christ, He is our Peace(Eph 2:14) and our expected end is eternal life in heaven with our Lord and Savior. “For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”(John 3:16) “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ”(Romans 5:1)!! That is my super random and very quick midnight thought before I jump into the random questions! 😄🧡

Phew! 😅 It’s been an interesting day and a busy work week! I am exhausted but grateful. Isn’t it such a blessing to have work to put your hands to? Whether it’s cleaning the kitchen or running a small business or getting to the grocery store for a month grocery run, I am always thankful for the work the Lord gives me to do. I love Ecclesiastes 9:10 where it says, “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might…”. Y’all, it’s random question Wednesday! 🙌🏻 I enjoyed all the fun answers received last week and the ability to get to know some of you a little better. THANK YOU! So how about another round of fun and very random questions?? 😁 You can refer back to last week’s Random Question Post for the full instructions but they are super simple. 🙌🏻 Let me know a little more about yourself by answering the super random questions and “would you rather” question below and feel free to throw a random question or two back my way! As I type out this post I also have a random verse going through my mind. The verse is Galatians 2:16, “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.” That is GOOD NEWS, isn’t it?! “For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Romans 8:3-4.
