Here I am, about to jump into the afternoon BUT FIRST popping in to say “Happy Thursday” to you!! The day is off to a beautiful start and I can almost smell fall in the North East Texas air. As I opened God’s Word this morning, I was encouraged by James 1 and the promise we have that “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” I don’t know about you but I lack wisdom and am thankful that He promises to give LIBERALLY as I ask Him for it. 🙌🏻🧡 So, what are you thankful for today, my friend?? I would love to hear in the comment box below!!
PSST!! PLEASE READ: 💁🏼♀️A handful of you sent me a note last week letting me know comments weren’t going through in previous posts!! After a bit of investigation and glitch-fixin’, I *THINK* I have the issue fixed. Would you help me know for sure by leaving a “hello” comment below?? THANK YOU! 🙋🏼♀️

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.”
James 1:17-20

DEAR SISTER: CREO QUE NO LLEGO UN COMENTARIO MIO EN UNO DE SUS CUMPLEAÑOS, PENSE QUE ERA UN PROBLEMA TECNICO DE MI EQUIPO. LA PRIMAVERA ESTA A SOLO 3 DIAS DE DISTANCIA EN ESTAS LATITUDES, SE SIENTE EN EL AIRE MAS CALIDO Y LOS PRIMEROS BROTES SE ESTAN DEJANDO VER, UNA NUEVA ESTACION ESTA POR COMENZAR, PREFIERO EL INVIERNO, NO ME GUSTA EL CALOR Y AQUI EN BUENOS AIRES, HACE MUCHO CALOR DESDE DICIEMBRE HASTA ABRIL, TEMPERATURAS QUE LLEGAN HASTA LOS 36 O 40 GRADOS A VECES, MUCHO CALORRRRRR. ¿PUEDO PEDIRTE TUS FIELES ORACIONES? MI HIJA PRISCILA DE 16 AÑOS, ELLA TIENE SINDROME DE DOWN Y SERA OPERADA EL 20 DE SEPTIEMBRE PROXIMO, SERA EXTRAIDA UNA PIEDRA DE SU VESICULA, TAMBIEN TIENE PROBLEMAS DEL CORAZON Y POR ESO LA OPERACION ES MAS RIESGOSA, CONFIAMOS EN DIOS TODOPODEROSO QUE ESTARA CON ELLA DURANTE TODO EL PROCESO. ME GUSTAN TUS FOTOS Y TUS COMENTARIOS, ¿CONOCES A JAMES STADDON DE LENSPIRATION? SE CASO EL MES PASADO CON JULIANA BENNET, PUDE VER LA TRANSMISION DE LA BODA POR YOUTUBE, EL ES UN GRAN FOTOGRAFO. BUENO ESPERO QUE PUEDAS RESPONDER Y CUENTO CON TUS FIELES ORACIONES. ¿QUIERES PASAR POR MI BLOG? VERAS UNA PARTE DE MI VIDA Y MI FAMILIA EXTENDIDA. BENDICIONES DULCE HERMANA.
Ana!! I have been praying for Priscilla since your comment came in.🧡 How is she doing?? 🙏🏼
RAQUEL: LA CIRUJIA SALIO BIEN, TUVIERON QUE EXTRAERLE UNA PIEDRA GRANDE DE LA VESICULA Y OTROS MAS PEQUEÑAS, TIENE ALGUNOS DOLORES PERO CON LA AYUDA DE DIOS, PRONTO ESTARA BIEN, YA ESTAMOS EN CASA, PASAMOS 2 DIAS INTERNADAS EN EL HOSPITAL, ELLA ES UNA NIÑA MUY VALIENTE, HA PASADO POR VARIAS OPERACIONES DISTINTAS CON RIESGO DE VIDA, Y DIOS NUNCA LA SOLTO DE LA MANO. GRACIAS POR TUS ORACIONES, TODO EL PUEBLO DE DIOS SE HA UNIDO EN UNA CADENA DE ORACION Y HEMOS SIDO CUBIERTOS POR ELLA. UN ABRAZO A LA DISTANCIA DULCE HERMANA.
I am thankful that he has chosen us to be strangers in this world, that through his eternal decree that he has fashioned us to find no joy, nor peace, nor pleasure in any other thing in this world. That he has caused us to hate his world and to look to Christ alone. Truly we find no joy but in his presence and his countenance. Nevertheless, to us belongs confession of faces because we have not kept his precepts and obeyed his commandments (Ezra 9, Nehemiah 9, Daniel 9). May God revive us again!
Psalms 137:5-6
“5 If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning.
6 If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.”
May the Lord rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and may he rebuild his church that we may no longer hang our harps on the willows. May the Lord turn our captivity!
Psalm 126:1
“When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.”
May God grant us revival in this generation and may Jesus Christ receive the reward of his suffering.
Psalm 85
“1 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
4 Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?”
Amen.
