Did this really just happen? Can it really be? π We’ve found the winter days passed and in a blink, trees have revealed their beautiful blooms! Spring has arrived and how happy I am to see it in all its loveliness! π A season filled to the brim with Golden sunsets, green grass, gorgeous wildflowers, and sweet evening walks which very much enjoyed here in east Texas. As the Word of God puts it so perfectly, “For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come…” Song of Songs 2:11-12! Just as Spring brings new life, I am reminded of the New Life we have in Christ! “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new.” 2 Cor 5:17! So, dear Spring… would you stick around for a spell? So excited to see the beauty of the Lord displayed in every single Spring day! Happy Spring y’all!ππΌββοΈ
“He hath made every thing beautiful in HIS time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”
Ecclesiastes 3:11

βThe Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.β
Isaiah 58:11
My favorite things about spring are the amazing works of God in his beautiful creation with signs of new life everywhere and the reassurance that winter won’t last forever! π
Amen!! π€π
There are so many things I love about spring!! The warmer weather for spending time outside, green grass and leaves brightening everything up after winter, seeing the flowers begin to bloom and add color, and of course Spring 100. :D Thank you, Rachel, for the beautiful post and reminder of new life in spring and new life in Jesus Christ!!!
πβ€οΈ Love your spring favorites!!
Aw, you are so welcome!! I loved how one person said “as Christians, because of Christ, we live in a perpetual spring!” that was a lovely reminder!
Planting a garden, Flowers, transitioning from winter throw blankets to bright floral onesπ Being able to get up early and sit on the porch to do Bible time and prayer in the fresh spring air and watch the birds at our feeders!
Btw, your photos are so beautiful! Your style is lovely! I absolutely love finding floral backgrounds and adding verses to them, but the watercolor painted stuff and decor of your photos is gorgeous! God is so good to give creative minds and such beautiful creations!
Oh! Would love to hear what’s being planted in your garden, trinity!! π Fresh Spring air is a favorite for me too. π€
Aw, thank you so much!! Praise the Lord. So thankful to be able to capture His beauty!!ππΈ
More daylight hours and sunshine!!!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!βοΈ
I agree with Michelle. I love the longer days, though I dislike Daylight Savings Day, and the days following. It is sooooo hard for me to adjust to the time change! Wish we could do away with it!! I lived for a few years in Arizona. They have no time change, and it was wonderful!!! Less sickness, too.
The readjustment is hard! We’ve often joked about just ignoring it here and not resetting the clocks.π
I love Spring!! My favorite thing about Spring is all the new life and the (usually) pretty nice weather.ππ Also more hours of daylight and all the GREEN!!!!ππππ I love the pictures!! πSo cute!!π And I love your mug!!ππβΊοΈππ Lovely post!
ππ€ HAPPY SPRING, Caroline!!
Spring is SUCH a beautiful season!!! I love all the new growth, the GREEN, the flowers popping up in the yard + in my flower bed (currently tulips and bluebells blooming!π€), the sunshine + gorgeous lighting, warmer weather, yet still that touch of chill…Ahhh, God has created so much beauty!! New life + new growth around us, and in our hearts through Jesus! Truly He makes everything beautiful in HIS time when we trust Him! “Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.”
