They that trust in the Lord …

“And they that know Thy name will put their trust in Thee: for Thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek Thee.”
Psalm 9:10

“They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from henceforth even for ever. “
Psalm 125:1-2

About Rachel

"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword"; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 1:18-20

  1. Thank you so much for sharing this—this is JUST what I needed to read! Praise God for leading you to post this. ❤️Such a simple, yet powerful reminder. ? Tomorrow I have a wisdom teeth surgery and I will memorize this to recite before the surgery (Psalm 9:10). ❤️❤️

    1. Aw, praise the Lord!! I hoped these verses would encourage someone. He is faithful! :) I’ve been praying for YOU Annie these past 12 hours. Wisdom tooth extraction isn’t fun but the Lord will be by your side every moment! May the Lord bless the proceedure, give you peace, and heal you quickly!! ??

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.-Is 41:10

      1. Thank you, Rachel! Thank you so much for praying! The procedure went very well, and I was reflecting on the verse (not quite memorized, but I remembered the verse ???) as I fell asleep. Right now, as I’ve been healing (not the most fun part I’m learning, haha) I’ve been reading the rest of Psalm 9. A specific moment this weekend when I wasn’t feeling well, God used the end of verse 12 to really speak to me, “ …he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.” AMEN!! SO grateful for God’s Word. Thanks for posting this!! ❤️? And thank you so much for praying!
