Y’all, one of the top BEST DAYS of the entire year is happening  TODAY and I’m just a little LOT excited!! It’s not National Donut day? or Mother’s day?… so it must be… FATHER’S DAY!?? And it’s not just any old Father’s Day, it’s my DAD’S [THE BEST DAD IN THE ENTIRE WORLD] 35th Father’s Day! This is monumental.?? 35 years of tireless work, lots of sleepless nights, baby carrying, bathing & diaper changing[cause dad’s don’t get enough thanks for the dirty work]! 35 years of  faithfully encouraging, counseling,  and diligently leading his family in the way of the Lord. 35 years of loving each one of his 14 children with a sacrificial love all by God’s grace!!! That is pretty amazing if you ask me! The verse that ALWAYS comes to mind on Father’s Day is this, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” Jn 15:13. It is with tremendous gratitude that I wish my Dad the HAPPIEST OF FATHER’S DAYS to date!! Thank you for your daily sacrifice,  love, and support. We are tremendously blessed and thankful to the Lord for YOU! So after 35 years it’s time to get to know my dad a bit. 10 really random  facts about him + a few of my favorite Dad pictures from the past year! ?

1.) By God’s Grace, my Dad has shown selfless dedication, diligence, and unconditional love every single day of his fathering!
2.) Need it built? He’s on the job. When we moved I needed a new photography studio for our businesses. You guessed it! He built it! And beautifully may I add.? Chicken Coops, sheep shelters, and shop tables are crafted with care!
3.) My Dad is not afraid to get dirty. Really dirty when it means the comfort or welfare of his family and with a big family that happens often! Whether it’s changing a diaper or delivering a baby or figuring out a broken septic system, there is no job too dirty for him. Latest endeavor? Getting chest deep in mud to fix a broken water line! Water is officially back and we are so thankful!???
4.) Believe it or not, he has an uncanny eye for shabby chic home decor. Seriously!
5.) He makes award winning fudge! Just ask Joel, he ate a few pounds of it over christmas. ??
6.)My Dad is THE MOST sensitive guy around. He really should be dubbed “Mr Sensitive”. I would like to say having 7 girls and a wife has helped?!? He is always willing to lend a listening ear even when you don’t make any sense at all. For that I am thankful!! ?❤
7.) Pictures below will prove he jumps into any situation with enthusiasm and energy! Whether it be building a chicken coop or playing a birthday party game. ?  He is the life of the party!
8.) My Dad is an extremely patient teacher!!
9.) He is THE HARDEST worker I know! I’ve been blessed to watch him diligently work to provide for us over the years and it’s been truly humbling.
10.) Y’all, in my somewhat bias but humble opinion ? he’s the BEST DAD EVER!! ❤
