Y’all read that right!! ??? Today we celebrate my Mom’s 35th year of motherhood. 35 years of labor, love, hard work, and daily sacrifice! 35 years of teaching, training, and trying to keep it all organized[how she does it is beyond me!!]?  Y’all, these past 35 years have not gone unnoticed. ? Her toil and labor has not been in vain! We are truly thankful to the Lord for our mother and the many beautiful years of motherhood He has so graciously gifted her!! THANK YOU for your daily sacrifice and love, MOM. We are thankful for YOU! ?? To the woman who I seriously consider “world’s BEST MOM”[okay, so y’all may have your own opinions on that one] Happiest of Mother’s day!! May the years of motherhood ahead be sweeter and fuller than those which have passed as you continue to draw near to the Lord and serve your family. That is my prayer for you today!  So today I think it’s time we enjoy some fun Motherhood + random life facts about my mom! Because I’m quirky sentimental, I am going to do 14 and the first fact will fill you in on why! ?

1. My mom has birthed 14 children!! She ended on an even note, 7 boys and 7 girls.
2. She had her first and last babies 29 years apart! Phew. That’s a long run y’all! ?
3. She’s been pregnant 11.5 years out of the last 35 years. Yes, she carries her babies for 10 months instead of the average 9. ;) We take a little longer to bake!
4. My mom has birthed exactly half of her children at home.
5. By God’s Grace, she has displayed selfless dedication, determination,  diligence, and unconditional love every single day of her mothering!
6. My mom is on her 25th year of homeschool!! How’s that for incredibly amazing?! She’s what I call a Homeschooling Pioneer. ??
7. She has been through algebra 11 times! ?
8. She makes an award winning batch of cinnamon rolls, chocolate cake, and her Double Crust Apple Pie is to die for!!?
9. She can and will organize ANYTHING! Seriously. ANYTHING!
10. She can play a mean game of Volleyball. Watch out, if she’s not on your team, you’re loosing.??
11. She can rollerskate backward!! Seriously, for me, that is IMPRESSIVE.
12. She does approximately 2,555 loads of laundry a year! Including folding.
13. She is seriously the BEST decorator and gardener around!
14. SHE’S MY MOM!!!!! So thankful for that. ????
