“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

“I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart. Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.”
Psalm 119:32-33
Oh my, it’s been a blustery cold week for everyone doing the Spring100 here in the USA this week! How is that for April weather? ;) So many of you have overcome snowstorms, rain, and freezing temperatures to tackle your miles for 3 week. ☔❄ I’m so encouraged by YOUR dedication! I’ve been thinking about the race the Lord sets us on and how His Word is a light for our path. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”Ps 119:105. ??Who would run a rocky unknown mountain trail in the dark without a head lamp? ? Not me!!! By His Word illuminating our path, we will be able to navigate through this race of life[2 Tim 3:16]. As we enter week 4 of the Spring100 and you set out to get those walking miles in, I want to challenge you all to more diligently hide God’s Word in your heart and make It your delight[Ps 1:1-2]! Memorize, listen to, read think about, and make it your 24/7 meditation. Do exactly what Psalm 119:32 says, “I WILL RUN the way of THY commandments“! So who is with me? Come rain or shine, let’s conquer week 4 of the Spring100! Have fun!!???
??QUESTION for this week!! What is your favorite time of day to walk/run? I would LOVE to hear YOUR answer in the comment section below SO don’t leave until you’ve left one. ?

I like mornings best. Get’s me started out on the right foot ( no pun intended:)! But I will say taking a slower paced walk after dinner is always a nice way to end the day too. I prefer sunny mornings especially this time of year. So refreshing having that spring sunshine to motivate you to quicken your pace!

Your DC photos were so good Esther!!!!
