Good Shepherd…✨

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

Just an evening sunset from the Iphone and a moment to check in and say “hello” to you! I have been thinking about our Good Shepherd this week and His mercy toward us. Gentle, longsuffering, caring, patient, and strong… Faithful and True! The Lord Jesus Christ says in John 10:11 “I am the good Shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” I can confidently say, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” Praise the Lord.☺️ Happy Tuesday to you all! 🙌🏻🧡🙋🏼‍♀️

  2. Your post reminds me how much peace there is in knowing the Lord Jesus! While the world writhes in acid rock and heavy metal, and whatever else it may be called these days, our Lord’s anthems of praise are calming and sane. Praise God that we can find our rest in Him! The picture and hymn are so beautiful!
