Just like that, in a blink, 29 days have passed without a word typed on the blog.? Where has time gone? ? And just like that, the season has changed! We’ve welcomed AUTUMN with all it’s golden goodness and with great anticipation I look forward to all this season holds. ??? I figured I better pop on here to say “Hello” and let y’all know I am alive! ? It has been quite a month here. Filled full! Full of expected. Filled even fuller of unexpected! Full of good hard work…. And filled to the fullest with God’s grace which is sufficient for all the day holds! The verse that has been going round my brain these past few weeks is from Romans 5 that speaks of the grace by which we stand. It says “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into THIS GRACE wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” ❤️ So, “Hello Autumn! So happy to see you here”. “Hello!!!” to all[if any?] of you who are still so kindly following this blog even with the absence of posts[I truly appreciate you faithfulness in my lack thereof.] I hope and pray your Autumn season is full of God’s goodness and His grace which is always sufficient for the day!??? Would you take a moment and leave a comment? I would be so blessed to hear from YOU[yes, you!] Let me know what verse from God’s Word has encouraged your heart or what you are looking forward to most this Autumn season… or both!! ?❤️
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and REJOICE IN HOPE of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
Romans 5:1-5
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
Ephesians 6:10-13
Hi Rachel!
I LOVE your fall/country/antique photos!!!
Since I live in Florida, and don’t get the blessings of the beautiful changing leaves, I’d have to say I appreciate the cooler weather that happens towards the end of October. Nights definitely get cool. The other things I love are the savory, hot foods, such as stew and homemade soups, and hot drinks to hold in mugs and sip to keep warm. And let’s not forget extra, cozy blankets on the bed, and bundling up with a throw on the couch.
I love exhaling a vent of steam, and the excitement of pumpkins, gourds, and sweaters.
Fall is a time of rest for nature, and a time of life for me. It’s my favorite season.
Blessings to you and your Mom, Dad, and siblings.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance,: against such there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23
I love your Autumn Favorites, Sheri!! It sounds like we share the same type of “Autumn”. Here in North-East Texas we do get a few changing leaves but summer weather also sticks around until Mid-October! :) <3 I hope you enjoy your favorite season!! ❤️? It is definitely a great gift from the Lord!
Happy Fall, Rachel!!?????
I hope you and your family have a blessed Autumn!?
Thankful for the cooler weather; big, puffy clouds; the trees and shrubs changing from green to red and gold; hot tea and coffee.?☕
Thank you for all the Bible verses you are so faithful to message or share on the blogs!!
It’s SUCH a blessing to many!!!?
God’s blessings to you!!❤??????
“Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
Aw, love those verses from Matthew 11! ??☺️ “Ye shall find rest unto your souls…” amen!!
Thank you so much for your comment!! I absolutely LOVED receiving it. ??❤️
It is such an honor and blessing to be able to share His Word! What a privilege. Praise the Lord! ????♀️
Happy Autumn to YOU!!?✨???
It’s the first day of October! The fall is my favorite time of the year with spring a close favorite. I love the crisp, cool autumn air, the crunch of leaves under my feet, the bright red, yellow, orange and green leaf mixtures on the trees, the smell of apple cider, sauce and pie. Then there’s the pumpkin spice lattes, pies, cakes, pancakes or waffles with Apple cider syrup. Some autumn nights get so cold that’s nice fire blazing from the wood stove or a cozy campfire with flashes of light blazing warms the body and cheers the mind. The store of warm sweaters, cozy light jackets with a cup of hot cider, coffee or tea seals the deal. What a wonderful time God created!
For verses, Psalm 25:4-5 have blessed me as well as a reminder from Psalm 139 of God’s love, care and concern for me. He knows me so well, knows my deepest need, answers my prayers, speaks to me through His WORD, makes His way known to me, is Good all the time!!!! What a wonderful God we serve! There is no other. It is sad that some don’t wish to know this AWESOME and MIGHTY GOD! Know God, Know Peace, No God, No Peace.
Thank you also for your beautiful pictures and sharing of verses. No matter when you share, it is timely and ministers to your readers!!!❤️???❤️
I loved how you mentioned Psalm 25:4-5 being the verses that have encouraged you! A friend sent those exact verses to me just moments before your comment came in. ?☺️❤️
“Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.”
Psalms 25:4-5
Amen!!
Ok, your fall favorites made me hungry!! ???? Can I come to your house for some of those waffles???? I hear y’all have great autumn colors and weather in your area!! ❤️
So glad that you are back with your encouraging scripture and lovely photos. Almost time to make your pumpkin spice creamer. :)
Oooh! ??? Im glad you enjoy that recipe. ? It’s pumpkin spice everything season for sure!!
Yes, you may come to our house! I would love for that to happen! You make a pumpkin spice creamer? Yum! That would be tasty. Maybe I better check out your food blog!!!?. Have a very blessed day!!! (I have to say it doesn’t feel like autumn here right now. More like Indian summer. It’s so hot! I notice that he apple blossoms tried to come out. Our cold snap then hot spell tricked the trees. I hope that didn’t really mess them up!)
