From blustery dreary February days to magnificent spring in under a blink. Evenings are now enjoyed outdoors walking while the sun so magnificently sets [or if your Emmi, collecting rolly pollys ;)]! Coffee cups have gone missing only to return filled to the brim with bouquets of glorious wildflowers… and icecream is obviously a necessity! ;) So, Hello Spring!! Aren’t y’all excited to see it come?! :) Days have been busy here as we returned home from vacation and jumped right back into work. With so many things to be grateful for in this week, it’s hard to sum up all the Lord has done for me just in the “normal” everyday. I think we often forget to count our blessings during the “normal” as we are always waiting for the abnormal to take place! Something the Lord has been reminding me of lately is His great works. I was finishing the gospel of John last week and came to John 21:25 [a favorite verse of mine!!] “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.” A very hearty AMEN to that. :) From there, verses just seemed to spill out of the Bible that morning regarding God’s great works such as >> Psalm 139:17-18 >> Ps 40:5 >> Job 9:10 >> Job 5:9 >> Ps 105:5 [STOP! ←read verses then continue forward ;)→ ]. The works of God are innumerable! In the word’s of the psalmist “If I would declare and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered.” That’s exactly how I feel right now. And His great works aren’t just present when the extraordinary happens but also in the ordinary every day hustle and bustle! :) If you think about it [and I know, I have said it before] it is nothing short of a great work of God… a miracle that your heart beats when it’s suppose to or your even able to get out of bed in the morning. He DAILY loads us with benefits[Ps 68:18], clothes us in HIS righteousness[Is 61:10], HE guides us[Ps 48:14], and HE sustains us[Ps 54:4]! :) So, don’t forget to give thanks to the Lord today for His innumerable works. They are great! “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” [PS 118:24] So, what’s your favorite part about spring?? :) Randomness from my week via pictures. Hover for descriptions and enjoy! ♥
“But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.”
Jeremiah 9:24
I’ve said it a million times, but I just love your photography so much :)
Thank you, Hannah! You are so encouraging!! :)
Beautiful pictures, beautiful girls, thanks for sharing ! And I have to say that what you said was very timely ! In the midst of trials, how much do we need to be reminded of God’s great of salvation, of the empty tumb and our risen Savior. It’s precious to know that He’s watching over us and we can totally trust Him !
Have a blessed day !
I am so thankful the Lord used this to encourage you, Marie! That is a blessing to hear. :) He truly is to be trusted! Have a blessed day, Marie! <3

Dear Rachel,
Just what I needed to hear today! It’s been a busy week and it will continue to be busy. Your post adorned with scripture is of great encouragement to me as I often (and recently) miss God’s glorious blessings. Thank you so much for sharing.
The photos are just lovely! You all look so lovely and cheery in the spring weather. I see your Resurrection Sunday garb, but not on you! You should post your picture with your head covering. :) I really enjoyed your email, but I will be slow getting back to. (My reply is in drafts half written!)
Thanks again for sharing!
Blessings,
Leah
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20
Thank you so much for such an encouraging comment, Leah! I prayed the words in this post post would encourage at least 1 person and thank the Lord that He has been faithful to answer my prayer. :)
I so enjoyed taking all these photos. Spring has to be one of the loveliest seasons here in Texas and I am so blessed to be able to capture a bit of it with my camera! :) Hehe… yes, I purposely forgot to get my Resurrection Sunday picture.;) I will have to dedicate myself to getting a picture of the outfit in the near future! Please, TAKE YOUR TIME. I love hearing from you but know how busy life can be! Plus, compared to my response time, your definitely ahead of schedule. ;) I will look forward to hearing from you in the near future! :) Thank you again, Leah! Always a joy to hear from you!!
“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.” Romans 15:12
Ah, is that quilt a thrift find? It’s gorgeous I’ve been hunting for one :)
It was actually an “thrifted” instagram find. ;) I had been looking for one just like it nearly 5 years!
Your little sisters are simply darling.
The desserts look delicious and the flowers are so delicate!
I see your carrots were successful!
