Ode to Joel with ♥ ;)

To my brother Joel,

If I could I would write you a poem but poetic eloquence completely fails me, I would compose a song for you but honestly I’m running short on musical grace at the moment! ;) No, it’s not your birthday nor is it “14 year-old brother appreciation day”. ;] You see, it has been some time since I blogged appreciation for a little not-so-little younger brother{see this post for reference;)}, but when you have a super handsome brother{in my case, 4  handsome brothers} who has this keen sense of knowing just when you need want a pack of those little fruit gummy snacks{which are my FAVORITE}, or when Grace needs reeses, or Micah needs a KING size twix and he tells you he just bought you a “little snack”{King size doesn’t = “little snack” ;b}. Who learns how to use the espresso machine and suffers through 3rd degree burns during the learning process just so he can make you a latte, or patiently poses in the cold wet fog while you take his picture, or watches your back in dark alleys and reminds you not to open the car door for strangers before he exits to run YOUR letters into the post office ’cause he’s just that chivalrous. Well, you got to blog about him!! :D To my brother who has learned that the best way to a woman’s heart is through her stomach, WE ♥ YOU! [; You are very much appreciated. Daily overly blessed by my brothers!
