The breeze is cool this cloudy day, the smell of fall is in the air, and underfoot crisp leaves brilliantly crunch with each step! the roosters are crowing and the loud clucking from the hens announce that there are eggs to collect! A trip to the coop is in order with the little people. :)

And I was wondering : are all the eggs you collect good and edible ?

I believe we have 25 hens and 2 roosters! :)they re quite easy to care for once they have grown!
Usually all the eggs are usable. If they come in cracked we obviously can’t use them and we are pretty careful about collector eggs regularly so they don’t sit outside too long before they are cleaned and refrigerated! :)
