A rainy Saturday afternoon and the Word of God

A rainy Saturday afternoon and the Word of God. The only Book that is “living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” The only Book that promises “it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” The only Book that “is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”. It is a lamp unto our feet & light unto our path…. Don’t neglect it!

“Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to Thy Word.”
