Grace & Mercy {Randomness from my Sunday}

“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.”
Psalm 136:1

Well, here we are! If you are reading my post you have made it to the end of another week and the beginning of a new one. And it is all because of God’s abundant grace and mercy! Every breath is a gift from Him, ever step taken is by His strength alone, and each new day is filled to overflowing with His grace & mercy! We have so much to rejoice over! :) This last week has been quite a zinger for me. Extremely busy as we prepare to launch our Fall line for GraciousMay tomorrow{so busy that experimenting in the kitchen has been non-existent and when I am in the kitchen my head isn’t. Almost burnt down the house making dinner the other night but that is another story. ;)} And on top of that, Friday held a surprise for us when the current host we use for our sites & email crashed taking our sites down with it! It was a wonderful reminder that even the top rated web-hosting company will fail you. God alone is truly faithful! :) Thankfully all sites are back up and running and emails seem to be going through. And we launch our GraciousMay Fall line TOMORROW! Once launched, things should return to a normal busy which I will be thankful for. :) But for now I thought I would leave y’all with a few random photos from my afternoon! I was in need of getting some extremely important computer work and letter writing done after church, so I grabbed myself a Caramel Latte and got to work. The pictures are my view from my desk this afternoon. With so many people in the house, there is always something “picture worthy” happening! ;)

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”
1 Peter 1:3-5

“I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called”
Ephesians 4:1

About Rachel

"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword"; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 1:18-20

    “For yet a little while, and he that shall come WILL come, and will not tarry.
    Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
    But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Heb. 10: 37-39

    1. More like ADHD. ;) Thanks Grace! Get back to work….!
      “The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.” Romans 13:12

    1. So extremely glad to hear, Sarah! Thank you for always encouraging me with your comments. :) Revelations 4:11

  2. Amen, His grace is abundant! “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.” Romans 11:33-36 We love NR’s products too! At the conference we purchased their new notecards and cross-stitch samplers. We’re going to make the samplers for our hopechests. :) Love your pictures and am glad the websites are up again! Have a beautiful week Rachel.

    1. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,
      Because His compassions fail not.
      They are new every morning;
      Great is Your faithfulness.
      The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
      Therefore I hope in Him!” Lamentations 3:22-24

      O the depth… :) Thank you! I am extremely glad too. Have a lovely Monday, Sarah!

      “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.” Psalm 48:1-2
