“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven…”
Ecclesiastes 3:1
If you are reading this post, I successfully transferred my blog {from wordpress.com to wordpress.org} without loosing my followers! :) If this post does not show up in your feed… well, hopefully you will find your way back to my little corner of the web very soon. If you subscribed via email please go back to the bottom of this page and re-subscribe! :) Thankfully only a few posts went missing along with photos on a few post and my pages {those little tabs above^^ contact, about, saved?, etc.} during the export/import process. I am thankful for that and am slowly working on uploading the missing content!
“Seek Him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name”
Amos 5:8
Spring is here in Texas{A few days early} and I believe the weather wants to skip right past Spring and go straight to Summer!! :) Which means instead of bundles of fall leaves, I am now showered with freshly picked bouquets of wildflowers in an array of gorgeous colors from the little people! Instead of turning on the heaters at night, we are enjoying windows open with a cool breeze filling the house. Once the warm Spring sun sets, the Texas skies are crystal clear with a billion little stars twinkling. Add the mild evening temperature to that and it makes it practically impossible to resist an evening walk while looking up at the star-filled sky! :) The heavens truly declare the glory of God! The Lord’s awesome power and beauty is everywhere & in every season…. all we have to do is look around to view it! So, next time your outside look up at the sky and remember, “the clouds are the dust of His feet” & “By His spirit He hath garnished the heavens!”
So, here is a bit of Springy weekend randomness from Texas! :)
{For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23}
That’s great the transition was smooth ! I’m so glad to read your post this morning and see some good reminder of reasons we can thank our God (I arrived this morning at the lab where I work to found all my samples messed up…That made me so grumpy !) and not focus on the little things that bother us ! Your sisters are so cute, I love their smile !
Blessings from France !
I am sorry to hear about that, Marie and am so glad you were encouraged by my post! Remember, all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose{Romans 8:28}! I’m praying your day is filled full of blessings!! (:
Yay for spring coming! Some of the trees near by are starting to bud, and I can’t wait for flowers to start blooming everywhere, but we’re still having a lot of cold dreary Seattle weather. Hopefully April will bring lots more sun!
Yes, I am so excited about spring!! :) Hoping y’all receive some warmer weather and lots more blooming flowers soon!
That second picture is gorgeous, love the bright colors!
Enjoy the warm weather, it is currently snowing here:p
THANK YOU, Emily!! Enjoy that snow! I really have missed it since moving to Texas…. And enjoy the cold weather! Last I checked{at 10am} it was already 85° here. :-| :)
So glad this came up on my reader today…I was missing you and I began to think that maybe I was not following you any more. Beautiful pictures…loads of love and smiles and beautiful flowers and the Word to brighten up the day…:)
I’m so glad I showed up in your reader too!! I took a very short 5 day break{which is unusual for me} from blogging and was afraid a few people may have thought my blog had disappeared from their feeds. :) Thank you!! God’s Word truly does brighten up the day!
