About Rachel

"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword"; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 1:18-20

  1. Rachel,
    Beautiful verse (and song – Before the Throne!). Thank you for sharing. This morning my sister gave me some verses that blessed me. May they encourage your heart today as well!

    Psalms 34:14-15: Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

    Zephaniah 3:17: The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. {Isn’t this just amazing?! What else do we need?!}

    Hebrews 12:2: Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

    John 14:27: Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

    Ephesians 2:14: For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
    Matthew 19:26: But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

    Praise the Lord for His incredible, never-changing promises!

    1. Thank you so much, Sarah! :) You once again have encouraged me. The verses have filled me with such joy this morning. Thank your sister for passing the along to you so that you were able to pass them to me! Zephaniah 3:17 is beautiful and we need nothing else than that which is promised in that verse. Truly Amazing!

      “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16

      Before the Throne God above I have a strong and perfect plea! So beautiful. I had the song going through my mind last night and have been singing it all day today. :)

      I hope and am praying that you are enjoyed and blessed today, Sarah!

      Philippians 3:8 “Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; 10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death”

Leave a comment and make my day! :)
