“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
That one picture of the four reminds me of “Little Women”… I would imagine there are a lot of different personalities in your household. If you had to describe each one of you with one word what would you choose?
Love the green boots!
Great cheery fall post!
Oh my, yes! So many different personalities it is hard to stick with just one word to describe each of us. Some of us are quirky, others are a bit more reserved, a few extremely opinionated and “take charge”, we have history buffs and hunters, artists, and musicians, perfectionists and… Non-perfectionist. :) Very different but very fun!!
I find it so interesting and amazing how the Lord has given each of us a strong personality in one area or the other to where, if we use our personality rightly, they allows everybody in my family to really work together well and run like a well oiled machine. :) It would definitely take a person meeting us all to really understand what I mean but you have probably seen it with your own children! :)
I just discovered your site (through Grace’s blog! :)) What a wonderful treat! Your photography is so stunning!! May our God bless you!!
Thank you so much!!! I am so glad you have found my blog and thankful you took time to leave me such am encouraging note. :)
Love all of these pictures…but the one of you four…..I LOVE. Like….really, really LOVE.
I want to get together with you all. One day a week. At the local coffee shop. To start with. We can go from there. *sigh* Distance. *another sigh*
OoooOOooH!!! YES! Once a week….. at least! If only 800 miles didn’t separate us. We will have to just take a road trip. SOON! :)
