There is another birthday in our house tomorrow(birthday post to follow)! It just so happens the birthday girl has an extreme enthusiasm for coffee lattes, so I made her a pre-birthday caramel cream latte with whip and dark chocolate shavings today! And since one should never enjoy a cup of coffee alone, I made a few more. ;) Home-made caramel sauce, vanilla, espresso, freshly whipped cream, and dark chocolate! Come on over and I will make you one too! (:

That looks wonderful! I love the turquoise cups. Does your little sister drink coffee? I was shocked when I was watching my grandson (almost 2) and I brewed a cup of coffee…He came in from outside and he smelled the aroma and got a gleam in his eye and a big smile on his face and exclaimed ” Coffee???” Then I found out that he does get sips from his mama occasionally…; )
She would if we let her!! She has gotten a hold of an almost empty latte cup before an enjoyed the remains very much. :)
